As a Staff Software Engineer, you will contribute to our streaming services by designing, building, and deploying cloud microservices and REST APIs that form the backbone of our SaaS platform. You will ensure observability and resilience of deliverables in production and drive incident response efforts. Your work will expand the functionality and scale of our rapidly growing product, directly impacting customer outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions, mentor junior engineers, and help advance technical excellence within the team. Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy cloud microservices and REST APIs that support the Dolby OptiView SaaS platform.
* Ensure observability, reliability, and performance in production; drive incident response efforts.

* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications
* B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
* 8+ years of professional software development experience.
* Professional experience designing, developing, and deploying commercial, scalable, and secure web services programmed in C#/.NET.
* Professional experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
* Ability to understand and contribute to full-stack product needs and requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative skills.
