About the Role
This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly influence regional growth and help expand Cadia’s national footprint. In this full-time, Monday to Friday position, as a Business Development Manager you’ll develop your region - North QLD with a southern boundary of Gladstone, Emerald, Blackall, Longreach and Mt Isa, generate new opportunities, and deliver strong revenue and gross profit results while building long-term partnerships with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of your region and drive growth, delivering revenue and GP targets while executing a clear regional business plan
* Generate leads and drive new business opportunities to expand your customer base
* Build and grow long-term partnerships with key customers and decision-makers, delivering WOW service every time
* Leverage product knowledge and market insights to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing, track and report on sales activity to continuously improve performance
Requirements
* Proven sales experience with a strong focus on business development and growth
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Excellent planning, organisation, and account management capability
* Confident in qualifying opportunities and progressing sales conversations
* Self-motivated, adaptable, results-driven, and a collaborative team player
