After Hours Support Position Available
The Salvation Army's Sunrise Centre in Berrimah is seeking a Casual After Hours Support Worker to provide support, lifestyle activities, emotional and wellbeing response, and practical assistance to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and good judgment in responding to emergencies. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond calmly and promptly in crisis situations.
About You
* You hold a Certificate III in Community Services or related field (desired)
* You have previous experience working in a similar support role
* You possess strong communication skills with the ability to empathise with clients
* You are flexible with availability for after hours shifts as required.
