We are looking for a enthusiastic, professional, friendly and experienced **Casual Medical Receptionist **to join our busy medical centre in Toowoomba to continue with proficient general practice care. Hours vary Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a roster system.
**Position Involves**:
- Welcome patients into the Practice in a courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- To deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Collect and enter patient details.
- Excellent communications skills with a positive and friendly manner
- General administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, mail sorting and filing
- Patient billing and processing of payments.
- Strong ability to multi-task a must
- Skilled appearance and demeanor
- **Skills required**:_
- A high level of confidentiality and professional ethics
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of Best Practice an advantage.
- Previous Medical Reception experience essential
- A team player attitude is essential
- Knowledge of Medicare and Private Billings

- Rotating roster
