Key Talent Acquisition Role
The Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in business growth, client management, and talent sourcing. They will be responsible for driving strategic recruitment solutions, developing strong partnerships with clients and candidates, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
* Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
* Pitch and present tailored recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees.
* Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.
* Build and sustain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.
* Manage the offer process, ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.
* Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance and capability.
* Ensure compliance with industry best practices and recruitment processes.
Requirements
* Degree qualification or relevant experience – minimum 2 years of experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong business development and sales expertise within recruitment.
* Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
