Job Title: Team Administrator or Senior Team Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our high-performing Property Valuations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in valuations or property services administration who can confidently manage end-to-end support across job setup, reporting, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the setup of new valuation jobs and coordinate workflow and task allocation across the team.
* Assist with the preparation of valuation reports, including populating and formatting the front end of documents, setting up calculations, and supporting layout consistency.
* Conduct research on properties, such as title searches and planning information, to support valuation work.
* Manage and monitor communications, diary scheduling, meeting and conference room bookings, catering, and video conferencing arrangements.
* Create and reconcile expense reports on behalf of senior staff, including entry of receipts and supporting documentation.
* Organize travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings, car hire, and other transport logistics.
* Coordinate team meetings, marketing activities, internal events, and manage team-wide resources and logistics.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team, including document preparation, word processing, data entry, Excel formatting, and PowerPoint presentation development.
* Support the coordination and production of tender responses and other formal documents under tight deadlines.
* Assist with monthly invoicing processes for the team and support senior staff with timely billing coordination.
* Provide a high level of technical support across Microsoft Office Suite, the Urbis Practice Management System (BST), and expense management tools.
* Undertake other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the team.
