We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic part‐time Pharmacist to join our Product Team. This dynamic role will allow you to apply your pharmacy knowledge and experience across Minfos teams. You will demonstrate agility in managing diverse activities, from customer queries to government initiatives and product enhancements. Stay at the forefront of pharmacy practice, incorporating new knowledge and innovations into your work to drive our company forward. This position offers a unique chance to impact our product development and enhance the customer experience, making it an exciting and pivotal role within our organisation.

What you will do

* Keep abreast of legislative and government initiatives that relate to our customers and industry
* Ensure product development aligns with legislative requirements and industry best practices
* Provide advice to business analysts to assist with developing the best solutions for government initiatives and enhancements that integrate seamlessly into the Minfos software and pharmacy workflow
* Under the guidance of the Product Portfolio Manager, analyse and suggest enhancements to the software to improve user experience
* Support other team members to develop knowledge across the business
* Provide internal training, including handovers and resources on pharmacy practices, processes, terminology and relative changes
* Serve as a point of escalation for the Operations Analyst and Support Analysts for technical pharmacy queries
* Assist the Minfos Master Database team with understanding requirements of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme, where applicable
* When required, attend conferences and pharmacy visits to provide product knowledge and gather insights

What we are looking for

* Pharmacist with 2+ years' experience
* Experience with community pharmacy software. Minfos experience – desirable but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to build relationships based on trust, respect, and cooperation
