Operational Excellence Analyst Role
As a Performance Improvement Specialist, you will lead the way in operational excellence at scale by leveraging analytics, AI, and predictive modeling. You will dive into complex datasets to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities for improvement, shaping our operations and delivering better experiences for customers and employees.
Main Responsibilities
* Analyse large datasets and extract meaningful insights that help leaders understand capacity, performance, workforce trends, and opportunities to boost efficiency across the organization.
* Develop predictive models, scenarios and reporting using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL to support informed decision-making from daily operational planning to long-term workforce strategy.
* Identify and recommend process improvements by monitoring productivity, highlighting variance drivers, challenging current procedures, and collaborating with business units to deliver more streamlined, cost-effective ways of working.
