About the Role: We are currently searching for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our close-knit team on a full time basis at Club Wyong, Wyong, NSW. You will prepare and cook a variety of dining options while maintaining high standards, delivering high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals to create memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Manage effective and high-quality food preparation
Maintain presentation and consistency of food served
Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
Monitor stock levels and rotate stock as required
Ensure compliance with food handling practices and maintenance of general cleaning duties
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a kitchen
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Food Handling certificate
Self-disciplined and a team player
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work a versatile roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
