At Glenview Community Services, we deliver high-quality aged care services across our community, from home care to our innovative dementia care village. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a skilled Payroll & Finance Officer to join our supportive team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll manage end-to-end payroll and support key finance functions. Your work will directly support our people and the services we provide.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing
* Payroll compliance, reconciliations & month-end tasks
* Maintain accurate payroll and financial records
* Respond to queries and support continuous improvement
About You
* A minimum of 2+ years' payroll experience in a medium–large organisation
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident with payroll systems (rostering experience a plus)
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
* Collaborative with clear communication skills
Desirable:
* Accounting/bookkeeping qualifications
