About the Role
Plena Healthcare is a national allied health provider delivering services across Residential and Community Aged Care, with over 20 years' experience. Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes. This physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence‐based therapy programmes, including mobility and functional programmes, care plan reviews, one‐to‐one interventions, and group‐based active ageing services. Plena is excited to continue to grow in the community aged care space and offers a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and community settings.

About You
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, a problem‐solving mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and colleagues. You understand you are a key representative of Plena Healthcare in residential aged care and the wider community.
Qualifications
* General AHPRA registration
* Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* Full Australian working rights
