You will gain experience across agricultural disciplines, modern laboratory systems and multi-campus operations within a leading science faculty. What you will deliver : Maintain laboratories, equipment and materials in optimal condition, meeting safety, regulatory and accreditation requirements across disciplines. Monitor inventories and order reagents, consumables and minor equipment, ensuring timely supply and effective budget use. Induct, train and guide students and laboratory users in safe procedures, equipment operation and good laboratory practice. Provide flexible support across campuses, including first aid, emergency roles and participation in team projects and meetings. You may be a great fit if: Hold a relevant science degree or equivalent combination of laboratory experience, education and technical training. Demonstrate experience in chemistry and/or biology laboratories within plant, animal, microbiological, food or soil science. Bring strong knowledge of EHS, OGTR, biosecurity, poisons and related laboratory regulatory frameworks. Deliver high-quality technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing practical service improvements for laboratory users. Work effectively in busy, changing environments, balancing autonomous tasks with collaborative, multi-disciplinary team activities. Possess or be willing to obtain First Aid, relevant vaccinations, Working with Children Check and driver’s licence. For further information, please refer to the attached PD.
