Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for management of Rohde & Schwarz Australia delivery of the Program to time, cost and quality (TCQ).
* Manage all project activities and risk to ensure achievement of all project objectives and milestones.
* Lead the project team including engineers, technicians and project support staff to create revenue through managing and coordinating projects to TCQ.
* Conduct regular project performance reviews to ensure the project is on track.
* Develop costings, proposals and plans for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs).
* Collaborate with Sales, Service and other functions to generate value for our customers.
* Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships including internal and external customers and suppliers.
* Manage customer relations related to information, deliveries, reviews, contract amendments, and claims.
* Drive results by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism and persistence.
