Administrative Coordinator
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, providing administrative and customer service support. Responsibilities:
* Manage phone calls, emails and customer enquiries effectively.
* Book jobs and coordinate workshop schedules efficiently.
* Prepare accurate invoices and process payments promptly.
* Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems.
* Order necessary supplies and manage inventory.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the workshop by providing administrative support and contributing to the success of the team.
About You:
* Proven ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Previous experience in administration or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
