Job Description
Position Purpose Deliver quality nursing care in general practice while maintaining confidentiality and supporting team operations. Key Duties
Liaise with health services and external providers Maintain clinical standards (infection control, safety, records, stock, accreditation) Conduct health assessments, care plans, and manage recalls/immunisations
Provide patient education and support chronic disease management Perform clinical tasks (triage, wound care, procedures, testing, immunisations) Assist with administration, stock ordering, and practice cleanliness
Requirements Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and PII Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently Commitment to ongoing professional development Medication administration endorsement
Certifications Driver’s licence First Aid/CPR
Relevant registrations and memberships Professional Development Ongoing training supported; participation may require approval
