As the Sector Support & Development Officer you will be using your critical analysis and evaluation abilities to actively participate in the Sector Support & Development Community online Community of Practice to analyse aged care policy updates and assess implications for Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) providers. You will also identify emerging trends, gaps and opportunities in the sector and recommend strategies to improve service quality, cultural safety and alignment with national aged care reforms.
**To be successful, you will require;**
- A current Working with Children Check
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in use of Microsoft programs and the internet.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
