Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
Achieving store targets and providing an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
Representing the adidas brand / company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
Training and coaching team members to fine-tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
Coordinating team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
Retail team leadership in men's / women's apparel or sports footwear
Stockroom procedures
