About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Technical Lead to support an exciting Program focused on major new investments in HCM/HR/Payroll, Safety, Customer and Assets and Works Management solutions.
In this role you will work across projects to support effective Solution and Integration Architecture and associated technical delivery requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that technical outcomes align to expectations, industry standards and sound practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high level, accurate and comprehensive service and advice to Program, Project and senior management in regard to ensuring Technical solutions developed and deployed align with business expectation and sound practice.
* Leadership in working with vendors to ensure appropriate solution and integration architecture standards and principles are maintained. This should include ensuring appropriate practice and outcome from design, through development, testing, training, change management support, commissioning and transition to operation, ensuring appropriate review, endorsement, and documentation throughout.
* Lead thinking and evaluation around determination of appropriate approach and design for sustainable and scalable integrations and continued oversight to ensure delivery aligns with Council requirements.
* Acting as the Lead and single point of contact and co-ordination for the Solution and Integration technical designs and implementation of any end-to-end technical solutions.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
* Experience in developing and deploying integrations into a complex technical environment to a high standard, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory expectations such as privacy and ongoing system reliability and resilience.
* Experience within an environment of multiple technology stacks.
* Professional qualifications relevant to the role would be highly regarded.
