Principal Site Reliability Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Principal Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale solutions, as well as influencing and engaging senior stakeholders on modern best practices for improving reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

In this role, you will be expected to have expertise in partnering with senior stakeholders and leading a culture of data-driven reliability monitoring and automation aligned to SRE principles. You will also need to show deep experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications and systems, as well as being passionate about managing and scaling distributed systems in a public, private, or hybrid cloud environment.
You will be adept at identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures, and methods, and using software engineering to develop scalable and sustainable improvements.

* Software Engineering Expertise: We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. Experience with modern software development practices, such as Git for source control and CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy, is highly desirable.
* Cloud Experience: Strong experience with public cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, is essential.
* Leadership Skills: Experience leading teams of engineers and driving outcomes using observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, AppDynamics, is required.
* Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Linux internals, networking, containers, and troubleshooting is necessary.
