Sito Shades is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant to support brand growth, digital marketing campaigns, and direct-to-consumer performance across Australia and global markets.
Working closely with the Brand Manager, this role is ideal for someone organised, creative, and commercially minded who's keen to build a career in the lifestyle, apparel, or eyewear space.
Key Responsibilities
* Support seasonal marketing campaigns and maintain the marketing calendar
* Assist with content creation, campaign execution, and photoshoots
* Help manage and optimise the Shopify website and online customer journey
* Support digital and social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
* Monitor performance, analyse data, and report on online sales and competitor activity
* Assist with brand ambassador and influencer outreach, seeding, and campaign coordination
About You
* Experience or exposure to marketing, ecommerce, or social media
* Familiar with Shopify and digital marketing platforms
* Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
* Confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred Experience
* Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign)
* Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
