About the Role
The Executive General Manager, Consumer Safeguarding & Quality is responsible for overseeing systems and processes that protect consumers accessing services.
This role focuses on ensuring compliance with privacy legislation, managing accreditation and reporting, and addressing complaints and incidents in line with values of fairness, equity, and respect.
The position leads initiatives fostering continuous quality improvement across the organisation and ensures compliance with standards detailed in the Service Delivery and Safeguarding Framework.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (e.g., health management, quality management, law)
* Extensive experience in consumer safeguarding, quality management, or compliance within health, aged care, or not-for-profit sectors
* Demonstrated experience in managing privacy concerns, compliance reporting, and accreditation processes
* Strong leadership and team management skills
