 
        
        We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time Warranty Clerk position in our busy multi-franchise dealership. The role primarily covers Warranty for the Narrogin site but may require assistance at our Bunbury location.
The successful applicant will be responsible for organizing, processing, and reviewing warranty claims for all 5 manufacturers. This includes verifying compliance with manufacturer requirements, scheduling customer service orders, and coordinating warranty parts returns.
About You:
 * Previous experience as a warranty clerk or service advisor within the automotive industry is highly recommended
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
 * You must have effective time management and organization skills, as well as a can-do approach to tasks under pressure
 * Australian work rights are mandatory
About the Role:
 * This fast-paced role involves problem-solving, critical thinking, and developing relationships with other staff members and manufacturers
 * Our dealerships operate Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, with flexible working hours available
 * Candidates must be available to work some hours during business hours as required
