Description
* Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and policies.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
* Lead the IT systems management, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across departments.
* Drive the alignment of finance and IT initiatives with organisational goals.
* Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings through technology and financial analysis.
* Ensure robust risk management processes are in place for finance and IT systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support strategic decision-making.
Profile
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
* Relevant CA or CPA qualification
* Proven experience in financial and cash flow management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in finance and IT
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
* Ability to implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and growth
