Job Title: Senior Health & Safety Advisor
This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of a property construction company in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
* Investigate incidents, report on findings, and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
* Minimum Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety
* More than 5 years of experience in an HSE role within the Class 2 space
* Previous experience working for a head contractor is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of the latest health and safety legislation and regulations
Deliverables:
1. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
2. Conduct thorough incident investigations and provide actionable recommendations
