Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Support Practitioner based in Bundoora, VIC. The Behavioral Support Practitioner will assess, design, and implement behavior support plans tailored to individuals' needs. The role involves working with clients, families, and support networks to provide therapeutic interventions, deliver skill development programs, and assist individuals in achieving positive outcomes. The Practitioner will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote the well-being of clients and ensure compliance with NDIS practice standards.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Behavior Therapy, Behavior Support Plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions
* Experience with Assessments, Early Childhood Support (ECEI), and Counseling
* Effective interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
* Knowledge of NDIS practice standards and experience in the disability sector
* Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
* Current registration or eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body
* Valid Driver's License and the ability to travel to client locations if required
