The Opportunity
As a Senior Clinician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality primary health care while supporting the development of graduate clinicians, students, and junior staff. Working closely with the Clinic Manager, you will help coordinate client flow, provide clinical leadership, and contribute to positive health outcomes for the local community.

Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner
* Strong clinical experience within primary health care, public health, remote health, or Aboriginal health settings
* Experience mentoring, supervising, or supporting clinical staff and students
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Experience using clinical guidelines and standard treatment manuals
* A genuine commitment to Aboriginal health and culturally safe practice
* An understanding of the principles of Aboriginal Community Control
