Due to internal promotion within our Marketing team, and we are now looking for a Project Marketing Manager to join us in our Hamilton (Brisbane) office.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – QLD, you'll lead awareness, engagement and lead conversion for a portfolio of QLD Communities. You'll deliver end-to-end project marketing across digital, print, events, and customer touchpoints, owning place brand identity, managing local campaigns, guiding content and collateral, and nurturing leads through the full lifecycle to help future residents feel confident, informed, and excited.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end project and place marketing, including brand identity, campaign execution, content planning, asset production and website/SEO management
Use data and insights (lead quality, behaviour, trends) to inform marketing decisions, optimise performance and guide state/regional strategy
Drive cross-functional alignment, providing clear updates and collaborating across Sales, Development, National/State Marketing and external agencies
Manage budgets, events and collateral to support lead nurture, buyer conversion and strong community engagement across QLD communities
Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture aligned to Ingenia's values while ensuring WHS compliance
About You
7+ years' broad marketing experience, ideally in property, land lease or retirement living, with proven success launching new projects and working with creative/brand agencies
Highly analytical and data-driven, able to translate customer insights, research and market conditions into effective marketing strategies
Strong leadership capability, with experience developing direct reports and building a high‑performance, values‑aligned team culture
Skilled across multi-channel delivery (campaigns, events, content, collateral and project marketing) with exceptional organisation and ability to manage competing deadlines
Proactive, adaptable and collaborative, aligned to Ingenia's values and confident working both autonomously and within a hybrid team environment
