Key Responsibilities
* Work in a social model across diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
* Utilise an evidence-based measurement tool and assessment skills to create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy that supports participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
* Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
* Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
* Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub and share stories of impact.
* Tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* General AHPRA Registration.
* Valid driver's licence.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* Working with Children Check.
* Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred.
* A positive, flexible approach to work, robust communication skills, and a team‐player mindset.
* Commitment to personal and professional development.
