We are seeking an E-Scooter Fleet Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-scooter fleet management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support to staff across the business via phone, email, and in-person.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues affecting PCs, tablets, mobile devices, and e-scooters.
* Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of fleet management platforms, ticketing systems, and network tools.
* Maintain accurate logs of technical issues and resolutions.
* Assist with managing user accounts, permissions, and device security.
* Ensure Wi-Fi, network equipment, and field-team devices remain fully operational.
* Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve connectivity or sensor issues affecting e-scooter performance.
