The Serviced Apartment Manager is responsible for planning, organising, directing and coordinating the accommodation operations of the property, ensuring the efficient delivery of guest services, staff supervision, property maintenance, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise and manage the daily accommodation operations of the serviced apartment complex
* Supervise and support front office, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, ensuring all departments work efficiently and cohesively.
* Manage reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and occupancy reports using property management systems.
* Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
* Monitor budgets, control expenses, and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
* Liaise with body corporate representatives, contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure property maintenance and compliance requirements are met.
* Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, fire safety, and hospitality regulations.
* Conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring to support a positive and productive team culture.
* Oversee stock control, purchasing, and asset management related to the property's daily operations
* Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to maximise occupancy and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
* A relevant Diploma qualification in Hospitality Management (or equivalent qualification)
* At least 1 year of full-time work experience in a similar management or supervisory role within serviced apartments, hotels, or short-stay accommodation.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
* Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced operational environment.
* Competence in using property management systems and general office software (MS Office Suite).
* Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays as required.
