Executive Assistant, Corporate Advisory
We seek an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, utilising exceptional communication and organisational skills.
* Daily diary management and email correspondence
* Billing and accounts management
* Document and file management of multiple files
* Liaising with clients and other parties
* E-filing processes
* Organising travel arrangements
The ideal candidate will have a legal administration background and be highly organised, with excellent interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have experience with diary and email management, as well as document and file management.
Key Requirements:
* Experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary (approximately 3 years)
* Reliable, thorough, and detail-oriented individual
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex schedules effectively
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
