Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to join the team in our new Gladstone or Mackay office. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation of Blue-Collar roles throughout Australia. The role will require you to work full time hours Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Building and cultivating talent pipelines across the various divisions and employment disciplines
* Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview, evaluation to align with KAEFER and client policies, including all mobilisation requirements
* Working on multiple projects simultaneously
* Actively recruiting personnel utilising a range of sourcing strategies to attract and engage high calibre employees into the business
* Ensuring positive candidate experiences to ensure the highest standard throughout the recruitment process
About you
* High-volume blue-collar recruitment experience, within O&G, Construction, Projects, Maintenance or Shutdowns
* Highly driven and organised individual who understands the importance of delivering a seamless experience to both candidates and Hiring Managers.
* Experience managing and issuing blue-collar Contracts of Employment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must have a positive, energetic approach to your work and all requirements
* A team player with a willingness to jump in and support the team where needed. A sense of humour is a must
