Project Administrator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support a current ongoing project by providing essential administrative and coordination assistance.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with planning, scheduling, and reporting for the project
* Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts and compliance records
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes
* Monitor budgets and assist with cost tracking
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication
* SUPPORT HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:

* Ideal 4+ years of experience in Project Administration, preferably within mining or heavy industry
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
