About the Role
This is a dynamic HR role where you'll support the entire employee lifecycle and contribute to initiatives that enhance wellbeing.
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and separation processes.
* Offer advice on human resources and industrial relations matters.
* Support payroll, workplace health and safety, and return-to-work programs.
* Partner with managers to deliver positive employee experiences.
* Contribute to learning and development initiatives and wellbeing programs.
This role is based at our corporate office in Orange, with regular travel to other sites. You'll be a proactive partner, a trusted advisor, and a hands-on contributor who thrives in a collaborative environment.
