Site SupervisorsSure People Solutions are seeking experienced Supervisors to join our client for ongoing works across WA, with potential exposure to multiple sites. You will be based at the workshop in Jandakot and may be required to fly to site within 24 hours' notice.The Role:ASAP start with ongoing workExposure to large mining companiesGuaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week$75+ per hour plus penaltiesMust be available within 24 hours' noticeSupportive work culture committed to safetyDedicated and friendly recruitment teamDuties and Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of projects safely and efficiently on your siteEnsure adequate human resources and assets are available for project deliveryCoordinate daily activities with leading hands and staff, working alongside/backfilling staff as neededAdvise the WA Manager of operational issues and develop solutionsProvide regular updates on activity performanceSupervise, mentor, and performance manage direct reportsEnsure effective job tracking, reporting, and management practices, including job costing and timely reporting on variationsEssential Skills and Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading teams, preferably in the mining industrySections 44 and 26 are desirableConfined Spaces and Working at Heights certificationsClean National Police ClearanceValid Driver's LicenseA full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, will be required upon successful applicationStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholdersAdvantageous Skills:Mechanical trade experienceHRWL: Basic RiggingInductions: BHP, FMG, RIO, GoldfieldsFirst Aid certificationOur Selection Process:Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a phone interview with our recruitment team.
