We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver ICT projects with a strong focus on governance, risk, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including documentation, resource coordination, and status reporting, while ensuring alignment with structured methodologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation such as PIDs, business cases, risk logs, and financial reports.
* Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the PMO's governance framework and standards.
* Provide accurate and timely status updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
* Coordinate resources, manage procurement processes, and oversee vendor engagement.
* Deliver projects using PRINCE2 and/or Agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in ICT environments.
* Strong experience in financial reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under structured project management methodologies.
* Familiarity with Government procurement processes.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
