Position Overview
We are seeking two highly motivated Retail Field Executives to join our ANZ team. Both roles will act as brand ambassadors in the field, ensuring Tineco products are well represented in retail stores through training, merchandising, and point-of-sale execution.
While both positions share core responsibilities, each will have a dedicated focus:
• Retail Field Executive (Training Lead): Strong focus on in-store training, product demonstrations, and staff engagement.
• Retail Field Executive (POSM & Field Marketing Lead): Strong focus on POSM management, merchandising execution, and supporting field marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (Shared)
• Conduct regular store visits across assigned territories to maintain strong retail presence.
• Build relationships with key retail staff and management to drive sell-through.
• Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail staff, ensuring product knowledge and advocacy.
• Ensure planogram compliance and high-quality merchandising standards.
• Collect market intelligence and report back on competitor activity, pricing, and promotions.
• Provide feedback on store performance, stock levels, and promotional execution.
• Act as the frontline brand ambassador for Tineco in ANZ retail.

Role-Specific Responsibilities
Retail Field Executive – Training Lead
• Design and deliver tailored training programs for retail staff, including group sessions, 1:1 training, and digital modules.
• Support retail partners with product demonstration days and customer-facing events.
• Actively track training effectiveness and knowledge retention across store teams.
Retail Field Executive – POSM & Field Marketing Lead
• Manage end-to-end POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) planning, distribution, and compliance.
• Ensure all promotional materials are correctly displayed and maintained.
• Support field marketing activations, including in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Partner with marketing team to measure impact of in-store execution.

Qualifications & Skills
• 1–4 years' experience in retail field, merchandising, or trade marketing (
consumer electronics or appliances
preferred).
• English and
Chinese
skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate retail staff.
• Hands-on merchandising skills and understanding of retail execution.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple store relationships.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with field reporting tools preferred.
