Overview
This role involves editing engaging short-form video content from a recent real estate townhall event featuring Mike Duggan. The selected candidate will transform provided footage into dynamic social media-ready clips that capture key moments and drive audience engagement. The project is time-sensitive, requiring quick turnaround and a keen eye for storytelling tailored to real estate audiences. All work can be completed remotely, and access to the event footage will be provided via Dropbox.
Deliverables
* Edit and produce multiple short-form videos (e.g., reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from the supplied townhall event footage
* Select and highlight impactful moments from the event to maximize viewer engagement
* Ensure all videos are optimized for social media platforms, including appropriate aspect ratios and captions
* Deliver final video files by the specified deadline (tomorrow morning)
* Collaborate remotely and communicate progress as needed
Requirements
* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
* Experience creating short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
* Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual engagement
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
* Reliable internet connection for downloading/uploading large files
* Attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
* Availability for immediate start and rapid delivery
