Role Description
* Installation, commission, service, and repair: Split systems
* Ducted reverse-cycle systems
* Heat pumps & mechanical services
Refrigeration pipework and pressure testing
Mechanical plumbing works in accordance with Australian Standards
Fault finding and diagnostics (not guesswork)
Completing jobs to a high compliance and workmanship standard
Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams
Completing basic job documentation and compliance records
What We're Looking For
* Victorian Plumbing Registration / Licence
* Solid experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC
* Strong understanding of compliance, commissioning, and best practice
* Professional attitude, punctual, and reliable (non-negotiable)
Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)
* Experience with energy-efficiency upgrades or rebate-based installations
* Electrical disconnect/reconnect experience
* Ability to work independently and lead jobs on site
