Job Description
As a seasoned property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of residential properties within a well-established agency. Your role will involve working closely with clients, rental providers, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a clean, well-organized portfolio with strong engagement from rental providers
* Handle maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Prepare lease renewals and VCAT documentation as required, and attend hearings when necessary
* Build strong relationships with clients, rental providers, and contractors through effective communication and teamwork
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential property management
* A current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy laws and best practice procedures
* A current Australian Driver License
* Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
* A positive, solutions-focused approach
* Confidence using modern CRM and inspection software
