Our stunning 92 place service,
Nido Aveley
is looking for a passionate lead educator to join our team. This role will be based in both our two 12 place nursery rooms for our ***** month olds. Our service embraces the Reggio Emilia philosophy and is committed to delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.
As a Lead Educator, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. This collaborative approach ensures that we all work together to deliver excellent educational practices to our children while creating an environment where you will rise and flourish.
About the Service
Stunning 92 place service within walking distance to cafe's and local shops
Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career
Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

About You
Hold a Diploma (or working towards) in Early Childhood or equivalent (essential)
In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
Strong communication and time-management skills
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
