Join us as an In-House Visual Merchandiser (VM) at rebel, where you'll play a key role in creating a seamless customer experience and store navigation. Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Working in a fast-paced environment to deliver top-notch visual merchandising solutions.
* Training and guiding team members to achieve outstanding visual outcomes (supervisory or leadership experience a plus).
* Collaborating with the Store Manager and VM leaders to execute campaigns and meet VM objectives.
* Ensuring customers have an excellent in-store experience, with safety as a top priority
About you
* Solid experience in visual merchandising apparel within a store environment.
* You have the ability and motivation to provide guidance and training to a team.
* Strong communicator at all levels.
* You are a team player, who has an eye for detail with a creative flair.
