About the Company
Welink Recruitment has partnered with a proven Tier 2 builder specialising in high‐end residential projects across Sydney. With a strong client base and multiple projects secured into 2027, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager. OR open to a seasoned General Foreman looking to step up into a Site Manager role.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for full site management from start to finish, including:
* Overseeing site safety, quality, and day‐to‐day operations
* Managing structural works and coordinating high‐end finishing trades
* Monitoring program milestones and driving subcontractor performance
* Reading and interpreting plans to deliver work as designed
* Identifying defects early and ensuring clean project handovers
You'll work closely with a Project Manager and will be trusted to run the job your way, with full site control.
About You
* Strong experience as a Site Manager, Foreman in Sydney
* Background with Tier 2 or reputable Tier 3 builders
* Proven track record delivering residential OR aged care projects from start to finish
* High attention to detail with luxury finishes highly regarded
* Carpentry trade background preferred but not essential
