Construction Project Manager

An established and growing construction services contractor is seeking a proactive and organised Project Manager to join their team.
The business specialises in high-security fencing and gate solutions for Government, Tier 1, infrastructure, and commercial construction clients across NSW. They have a strong reputation for reliability, professionalism, and delivering complex projects on time.
They have successfully delivered major infrastructure, transport, defence, and data centre projects across the state.
This role is primarily office-based, with site visits as required.
About The Role
You will be responsible for managing projects from handover through to completion, coordinating closely with clients, site teams, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be trusted to manage projects independently while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
What We're Looking For
Industry experience is highly regarded; however, attitude, organisation, and communication skills are valued just as highly as formal qualifications. Training and support will be provided.
