The Role
The Recruitment & HR Administrator is an integral part of the broader People & Culture team, bringing the wider team together by providing administrative support to Recruitment, People & Culture and Learning & Development and ensuring we provide a seamless service to both our internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Recruitment Support: Including coordination of various pre-employment assessments, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining accurate and compliant documentation and ordering uniform orders for new inductees.
People & Culture Support: Including preparing employee contracts, addendums and letters, apprenticeship administration, maintenance of various registers, employee survey administration, participation in a number of projects and generalist HR administrative support.
Learning & Development Support: Creation of courses in our Learning Management System (LMS), booking training, monitoring completion and other general coordination duties within an evolving function.
About You
You are an experienced Recruitment / HR administrator who works best in a busy and robust environment, someone who thrives in a multi-faceted role providing administrative support that makes a real difference to the operational excellence of the wider People & Culture team.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring :
Strong general administrative experience in a busy preferably in a multi-faceted HR related support role.
Well developed skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at any given time.
The ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail.
The ability to communicate and build rapport with people at all levels within the business.
