About the Role
Transdev WA is seeking a committed and hands-on
Customer Experience Officer (CxO)
to bring stability, presence, and proactive support to a station that thrives on strong leadership and community engagement. This autonomous role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing the right thing—even when no one is watching.
You'll be the go-to person for drivers and passengers alike, ensuring safety, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your presence will help reduce driver-to-driver conflicts and ensure smooth operations across the station.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting drivers and passengers with a customer-first mindset.
* Reinforcing safety protocols, especially around crosswalks and station flow.
* Operating independently while staying aligned with team goals.
* Responding to incidents and providing on-the-ground support.
* Collaborating with a small tight-knit team and reporting to the Team Leader.
What You'll Bring
* A genuine passion for helping people.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to be firm yet approachable in delivering instructions.
* Willingness to be on your feet throughout your shift.
* Experience in hospitality or retail (desirable)
* Basic First Aid certification (desirable)
