About the Role
We're looking for a Training and Operations Expert who brings expert blasting know-how and can turn complex processes into effective training.
You'll lead the full operational training cycle from identifying skill gaps to designing, delivering and assessing standards that empower team members to perform their roles safely and efficiently.
This includes:
* Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs
* Leveraging industry best practices to develop innovative solutions
* Evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven decisions
