With 12 experienced salaried GPs and a skilled mix of ANPs, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, and Physician Associates, our multidisciplinary setup ensures you're never carrying the load alone.

Job responsibilities
* Manage a diverse inner-city practice with a mixed demographic
* Work within a large supportive clinical team including:
o 4 Partners
o 3 ANPs
o 7 Practice Nurses
o 5 HCAs
o 3 Physician Associates
o Paramedics managing the majority of visits
* Utilize a state-of-the-art minor surgery suite
* No on-call duties
* Participate in specialist clinics, including minor surgery, joint injections, family planning, and more
* Use EMIS Web clinical system
* Paid CPD sessions (paid at the same rate as clinical sessions)
As a Salaried GP, you'll benefit from a manageable workload designed to prioritize patient care and your wellbeing. You will see up to 15 patients per session, with 15-minute appointments as standard, and a healthy mix of triage, face-to-face, and remote consultations. Only GPs decide when face-to-face appointments are necessary, giving you full clinical autonomy.
There are no on-call duties, and your time is protected through support from a multidisciplinary team and dedicated admin. You also have access to a paid CPD session per week, at the same rate as a clinical session, to support your professional development.
Your responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality, patient-centered consultations
* Managing a varied caseload supported by allied health professionals
* Participating in team meetings and clinical discussions
* Referring patients to specialist services when appropriate
* Designing your bespoke work plan, including flexible hours and remote working days
