We are looking for a passionate and strategic Workforce Solutions Consultant to support Australian businesses in building inclusive workforces. Operating across your allocated region, you'll connect employers with job-ready candidates, promote inclusive hiring practices, and lead local engagement initiatives that create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.

This is a full-time role based in Wagga Wagga, with travel across the Riverina region including Griffith, Leeton, Deniliquin, and surrounding areas. Travel will be required on an ad hoc basis to support employer engagement and attend community events. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, however flexibility is needed outside of business hours to attend expos and events where The Personnel Group should be represented.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with employers to identify workforce needs and promote inclusive hiring
* Source vacancies and reverse market job-ready customers into industries of choice
* Refer suitable opportunities to MP Recruitment for labour hire, permanent, and executive roles
* Job carve and customise roles to suit individual customer capabilities
* Support employment sustainability through collaboration with internal and external supports
* Develop and implement local Employer Engagement Strategies
* Manage and grow the Community Champions Program, including employer-hosted events
* Facilitate career exploration, work experience, and industry taster opportunities

What You'll Bring:

* Strong understanding of inclusive employment practices and workplace accessibility
* Experience in employer engagement, recruitment, sales, or business development
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to match job-ready customers to meaningful career opportunities
* Strong administrative, digital literacy (Microsoft Office/CRM), and event coordination skills
* Passion for creating inclusive workplaces and supporting community employment outcomes
* Compliance-ready: Police Check, Working with Children Check (as required)
* Current Driver's Licence
