About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role, where your time will be balanced across:
* Spa Management & leadership responsibilities.
* Hands-on client treatments.
* Front-of-house and reception support.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the spa, while remaining connected to clients and mentoring your team on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the daily operations of the spa and clinic.
* Staff leadership, mentoring, training and development.
* Rostering, recruitment and performance management.
* Driving sales, retail, upselling and revenue growth.
* Managing costs and supporting business profitability.
* Delivering high-quality facials, massage and body treatments.
* Supporting front-of-house, reception and client experience.
This role suits someone who is equally confident delivering treatments, leading people and managing a business.
Essential Requirements:
* Diploma of Beauty Therapy (completed).
* Strong experience in facials, massage and body treatments.
* Proven Spa or Salon Management experience (essential).
* Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Financially driven mindset with experience increasing revenue and managing costs.
* Professional presentation and a strong customer service focus.
